There is a big bike rack between the Rose Garden and Memorial Colliseum.
Also there is a bike rack at the lower entrance to the Rose Garden parking
garage that is close the the toll booths as well as the guard to the players
parking lot.
But with that being said, I think I would stick Tri-Met and not risk my bike
to the staff of the Rose Quarter.
