Best Ironclad gloves for CX?

I just got a pair of the Cold Conditions Waterproof (CCW) Ironclad gloves. I've missed most of the hard rain on my recent rides, so I can't vouch for how waterproof they are, but I'd say they are overkill for cross racing. At 40 degrees, they are warm while just riding at a easy aerobic pace, and a bit too warm for me when putting in any sort of hard efforts. For cross racing (unless it's below 40 degrees and really windy or something) they would be, I believe, too warm, and they dexterity isn't the best since the insulation is a bit thick. I highly recommend them though, for winter base training.

I've been using a pair of their "Gripwork" gloves for riding around. Actually got them after the CX season, as my old (non-Ironclad) gloves were toasted, so I haven't used them for CX. They have sticky stuff all over the palm, and extremely grippy when wet. They're not insulated, but I wear them down to high 30's with no problem. Also, I use old inner tubes to wrap my bars for CX, which is usually a lot gripper than wet, slimy bar tape. The combo of the gloves and inner tube works super.

I have a pair of sixsixone Storm Plus gloves that are excellent in cold wet
weather.

You have to be careful on the sizing though - the seem to run small. I have
small hands and the Large fits me perfectly.

Hey all,

I'm wondering-- any of you have a pair of Ironclad's cold conditions
gloves? Which version do you have? How do you like them? I'm looking for
something that'll work for the cold and wet 'cross races next season.
I've got a pair of the Wrenchworks Impact gloves and really like them--
I'd like to get some of their cold conditions gloves but would like some
opinions on what works best in cold, wet, muddy cyclocross conditions.

Thanks,
Brian

I have a pair of the Gore Tex Tundra. I have not ridden with them but I
have been skiing with them and they work very well.
