What would be the possibility of holding an officials training in So. OR? Aren't we slated to get a velodrome in the not so distant future? And isn't the number of events on the calendar increasing. Seems it would help spread the burden if we had more officials down south. Yes, I know there are seminars in Corvalis and Bend but not all of us can afford the trek or the "camping", gotta save those funds for racing!
