Chainbreaker has been either the largest or 2nd largest race every year for
the last 5 years I am pretty sure.
Remember the race is in Bend and there are a lot of active mom's in Bend,
that probably enjoy racing on Mothers Day.

I like Saturday or Sunday a mix preferably for any race---its just mothers
day is worse in my opinion than the Saturday before mothers day for mommy
reasons------but I am biased as some of you are as well. Picketts is better
on a Sunday--Heck it would be sweet to start Picketts Saturday at 5pm and
then get together in Bend that night. Mixing it up.

I would love more Saturday races. I work at a church and its hard taking Sunday off. I will do every XC race that is offered on Saturday. But until then I will still squeeze in every sunday XC race possible. Ya, Mothers day is always a hard one for us.
Maybe all the guys can watch the kids so our wives can race.
