Steerer tube was cut 7cm above top of headset cup.

Only cosmetic change; I removed the vertical seat tube "LeMond" decal...felt it was a little too much. This frame has never been dropeed, never raced. I plan to try CX this coming season and need a much larger frame. This is not a stolen frame (feel free to ask your local PD to run the Ser#)
