The CR1 SL frame set was the top model for Scott in 2006. This is
the same frame used by Saurier Duval during the 2006 season. It is
the model in which the revolutionary CR1 process was born and still
the benchmark by which all carbon bikes are measured. HMF (High
Modulus Fiber) carbon and CR1 construction produce an extremely light
(880 grams) and laterally stiff frameset. Still one of the best
riding frames available.
