Hey tandem folks,

Where are you? We've only got two teams signed up, which is a big let down.

We had about 15 teams last year, which was a pretty good showing for our first year.

For your information, the Cherry Pie offered a well-attended fixie class before last year...but no Tandems. Last year, Heather and I decided we'd offer up a Tandem field since we're Tandem riders/racers and you came out in...well...in pairs. ;-) Tandems and fixies must have their own field, and at 17 fields, our event is pretty large. It's either fixies or Tandems, and I know we could normally draw 50 or so fixies.

So, dust off that tandem, pump up the tires and sign up! Don't worry, nobody else has been training, either! Just come out and have fun. Consider it a warm up for racing your tandem at the Banana Belts or Jack Frost!
