My current 9-speed rear derailleur is getting a bit ornery. Time for
a new or new-ish replacement!

Let me know if you have one you want to sell.

I'll be at Jack Frost this weekend.

Thanks for reading,
Sarah

My son's bike was stolen on Eugene campus. He needs 56cm bike or larger -
he's 5'11". Nothing fancy, toeclips OK or platform pedals, his old bike had
downtube shifting ... and someone needs to recruit him to the U of O
Cycling team, then I'll help him with a better bike.
Thanks,
Debra Windus (for Ryan Ball)

A link has been posted on bikeportland.org, regarding the bike thief.

As the posting says, "judge for yourself"

I'm still too angry that the bike was stolen in the first place to comment
further.

I am in need of a 31.6 seatpost. I want something
light. Thompson Elite, Masterpiece, Easton, etc.

I prefer something in aluminum, but if the price is
right carbon ok too. Lenght doesn't matter. 270mm or
longer.

Thanks,
Devin

I am selling my Land Shark track bike for $1200. The sale includes the
complete bike (mostly Dura-Ace), pedals, 3 extra chain rings and spare
wheels.

Pictures :
http://picasaweb.google.com/eric.david.white/LandShark

Frame and Fork: Land Shark steel track bike, Dedacciai Zero Uno tubing,
shaped down tube
Top Tube: 55 cm (center-to-center)
Seat Tube: 55 cm (center-to-center)
Headset: Campy Chorus
Stem: Ritchey WCS
Bars: Nitto NJS
Seat Post: Dura-Ace aluminum
Saddle: Selle Italia Flite - genuine gel
Hubs: Dura-Ace small flange track, rear threaded on both side, one cog and
lock ring included
Tires: Conti Tempo 19 front, Conti Tempo 22 rear
Rims: Sun M19A ii
Crank: Dura-Ace, 167.5 mm
BB: Shimano
Pedals: Dura-Ace PD7700 (SPD-R)

Spare Wheels:
Hubs: Campy Record pista - large flange, cog and lock ring included
Rear Rim: Wolber Aspin
Rear Tire: Conti Giro
Front Rim: Mavic OR 10 - gold
Front Tire: Conti Sprinter 250

The frame has some nicks and some scratches, but has not rust and looks very
good. The pain job is tame by Mr. Slawta's standards, but I am sure you
could get him to do something interesting for a reasonable price Land Shark
Bikes . I am the second owner. The
original owner did write his name with permanent marker near the seat
cluster. I currently just have a small piece of electrical tape covering it
up.

The frame is stiff and responsive and is a lot of fun to ride. This is a
great, complete package that will more than get you started at the
velodrome. Please contact me with any questions.

Lightly used carbon road bars, oversize 31.8 clamp size, semi-ergo bend
(between traditional and Ritchey ergo bend). Brand is 3A, reasonably light,
comfortable bars. 42 cm size. Would like to trade for some decent MTB
low-rise bars, not particular about brand or material, just nothing
DH-heavy. Or will sell for $30. Great shape, I can bring them to JF this
weekend.

Also have a 130 mm Ritchey WCS stem, +/- 5 degree, 31.8 clamp and 1-1/8
steerer diameter. Very light, just too long for me. Also $30 or will trade
for something similar in a 110.

Get bars and stem for $50.
