We were pretty excited that the Cherry Pie Road Race had the tandem class again this year! 22 racers showed up on 11 tandems and the field was a good one. Thanks to all of you who came out and raced with us. And thank you again to Jim for putting on such a great race!

Now, we see that Banana Belt series has added a tandem class for all three of their races! Awesome! Finally, the geek bikes are getting included in the big races. Thank you to all of the race promoters that are going out on a limb to include tandems at their events.

I'd like to invite all of you tandem riders out in OBRA-land to come join us for the Banana Belt tandem race this Sunday! Amy and I are already signed up and would love to have a good crowd to race with. (Having three races in three weeks is awesome, and we hope you'll come every week! If you're only planning on doing one, make sure it's the first one! That way, when you realize it's the most fun you've ever had on a bike you can still come back next week.) Still on the fence?
