We've got a room for rent in a house at 20th/Taggart (1 block south of Clinton). Close to People's Co-op/New Seasons/7 Corners bike shop.

You get your own room, share a bathroom with only one other person. There's currently 3 people living in the house, but the other two have their own bathroom. Furnished basement for a workshop area, lots of storage area. Bike stand, tools, etc.Hardwood floors, household is more or less fully furnished, washer and dryer on site. No cable, but we'll have internet starting on Monday. There's a friendly cat in the house.

Rent will be $375/month + 1/4 share of utitilies. Total cost should be $450/month or less. We've just signed a year lease, so anything up to and including a year is cool. We're in our mid-20s, easy going, and all cyclists. Contact me for more information or to look at it.
