If you feel out of whack on the bike or just want to make sure you are maximizing your power, Seth can help. He completely changed my fit to create a more efficeint pedal stroke, and he also revamped my training program. There is a reason he is one of the best riders in the Oregon. Talk to him about coaching and get a bike fit. It's worth it.
Seth's practice is definitely worth checking out. I went to Seth a few months ago for some serious on-the-bike alignment and muscle pain/fatigue issues. Seth was able to quickly diagnose the problems, provide treatment and exercises to help me with the musculo-skeletal issues, and make related adjustments to my bike fit. It was perfect (and seems almost essential) to have both chiropractic care and bike fit all in one place, and having a practitioner that is also a (very) competitive cyclist made a huge difference.
