Just in case anyone is interested...

I remember a number of months ago or longer that there was some talk about getting Keen to produce a shoe that accepted cleats. I was in REI this past week and sure enough they have one on sale in both men and women specific sizes. It looks like it is based on the "Newport" model, but as I remember the model is called the "Commuter". Looks like a good quality build. I love my Keens, but would like to have one to try before a purchase. Of course REI's return policy is about as "easy" as it gets. You could buy 'em, wear them a year and then return them saying you did not like them (which many customers do). Anyway. Thought those that wanted a casual cleated shoe might be interested in checking them out.
