The season is only beginning.............The 2001 River City Cylcocross

Crusade Series is less than 2 weeks away!

We would like to thank our title sponsor, River City Bicycles

cyclocross series on the west coast. This years series prize list has

doubled to $10,000!

5k x-country (footrace) races come to the Cyclocross Crusade this year

The Cyclocross Crusade has teamed up with Team Red Lizard to bring you

x-country running. That's right, a 5k x-country running race will be held

every race day at 10am prior to the first 'cross race of the day. The entry

fee is a nominal $8 (advanced) or $10 (day of race)- there is no better way

to warm up for your 'cross event. The Red Lizards will be providing their

own registration, prize lists, and so on for the running events. For more

Oct. 14- Pier Park

Oct. 21- Portland Int'l Raceway

Oct. 28- Johnson Farm

Nov. 4- David Douglas Park

Nov. 11- Estacada Timber Park

Nov. 18- Alpenrose Dairy

Dec. 2- Kinge Estate Winery (**Dist./State Championship**)

10am- 5k x-country footrace

10:45am- Kiddie Race (Alpenrose races only)

11am- Juniors, Beginners, Masters 45+

12pm- Cat. B, Women, Women 35+

1pm- Cat. A, Masters 35-44
