Just a suggestion.....
I can't think of a more appropriate place to use your 7spd wheels with good
tough rims like you have than in cyclo-cross. They are quite possibly worth
more as 'cross wheels than they are to someone who would use them on the
road. You just don't see 7spd on the road too much anymore.
You could run barend shifters in friction mode for 'cross and use all the
wheels you are selling. You don't use but a handful of gears in 'cross
anyway, so a 7spd rear cluster is fine. I think the wheels you have would
service you very well in 'cross.........
