spondylolisthesis

Spndylolisthesis is seldom painful in of itself. If you are doing core strengthening that should take care of it. If you still have pain when you get back to cycling post another note and I'll try to help figure it out. Is your pain midline? If it is off to one side it may be sacroiliac disfunction which is the most common non-traumatic source of LBP. lonnie> Date: Thu, 3 Apr 2008 15:33:00 -0700> From: bikeseven@gmail.com> To: obra@list.obra.org> Subject: [OBRA Chat] spondylolisthesis> > i wrote last year for anybody's input on chronic lower back pain. i discovered that its spondylolisthesis grade 1 (best case scenario - least amount of slippage). im doing PT but i was wondering if there were others out there with the same issue. i also discovered that this is the same issue for steve nash, phx suns. my PT person says that armstrong has it also. i have taken a break from cycling for months now and hope that i will be able to be competitive again later this season or next. thx for any input.> _______________________________________________> OBRA mailing list> obra@list.obra.org> http://list.obra.org/mailman/listinfo/obra> Unsubscribe: obra-unsubscribe@list.obra.org
