Since neither "handlebar moustaches" nor "moustache handlebars" point
forward, either should be fine by OBRA rules for road races, though I
doubt either will give you any advantage on the race course.

Now...if somebody could sport a "cowhorn moustache" I'd be impressed.

Speaking of cowhorns for tandems...!

I have an unused (previously installed) profile tandem stoker bar, cowhorn style. It is a 47cm wide bar, 26.0 clamp diam. It is black, it was $40 new. Yours for $20.00!, just don't ride it on your single in a road race, okay?
