This morning Estacada had a beautiful blanket of fresh snow.
We carefully checked out the road at 7AM to make sure there was no ice.
There was no ice at the turn around and the road was just wet. We decided to run the race.
As we were driving back to the start it began to snow again, we hoped for the best.
The helpers had waited for the decision so we had to hustle to get everything set up.
We had a good turnout considering the weather.
The hot cider and tea and bake sale was a hit at our SNACK STATION.
Next time we may have hot coffee.
We had a good time in spite of the weather.
We do hope for more Spring-ish weather next week for the final Beautiful ETT.
