Emily
Catchy title I guess-trying to find something short and sweet. For those of you who have read about me-you should know by now I am NOT a cyclist. For those of you who have had the pleasure of meeting me-you get the second half of that sentence-I am not a cyclist, I just make great cyclists.
So, to keep up with the geeky scientist, performance testing/coach, cycling enthusiastic-I am heading up to Seattle on Satudray for a Exercise Physiology (VO2, Lactate) & Respiratory Training Workshop, being held at Herriot Sports and Performance.
The original OBRA posting can be found here:
http://app.obra.org/posts/obra/show/43353
The workshop is from 2-5pm, and it is FREE. And as we know, not much to do with cycling is free as of recent.
So, if you want to carpool to a workshop worth every penny (I have been to similar programs there before), and get all the free cycling performance relative information I can give you in three hours (oh, it will be a lot), drop me a message off line.
Here is the kicker (and the reason I need a passenger) I have to work a LAF event in Vancovuer 6 am to 11am that morning, and will be jetting to Seattle from there-and will need to come back after the lecture.
You must like cycling, winning, and Beagles to attend.....
