Subject: [OBRA Chat] roof rack recommendations?

Hello Obra,

Do you have a rack you love or hate? Do you prefer the fork mounts or
the upright mounts?

I need to replace the super old bike racks on top of my car before I
lose a bike. I have Yakima poles but it seems that Rocky Mounts,
Yakima, and Thule racks are interchangeable. I currently have two fork
mounts and 1 upright mount (don't have to remove the front wheel).

In the past, I have used the fork mounts for road trips and the
upright mount for shorter distances. The fork mounts seem more secure?

Thank you all in advance,
Kori
