time in about six years. It's a restored 1907 two family house

(flats) about four blocks from PSU and downtown. It's a two

bedrooms, one bath apt in about 1200 square feet of space. It has a

custom kitchen with all the expected appliances (great gas range).

The Utility room (with furnished washer and dryer and freezer) is in

the basement. The main floor has old growth fir floors throughout, a

great working fireplace in the living room and all new plumbing and

electricals. The forced air heat, and the hot water are gas.



Rent is 1000/month, includes digital cable and garbage service.
