hello obra land ...
my girlfriend did a race last weekend with the red lizards out in yamhill (the rumble at the ranch).
anyone who has ever ridden the coastal range in the fall/winter knows that the mud and clay are deadly to the drive train.
as such, during the race she sucked the derailleur into the frame hard enough to break the b-screw mount off of her XT 9speed unit. So my question is:
Does anyone have a 9s LX/XT/XTR that has been put into their 'parts' box that has this piece? for those who aren't sure, it is the piece that touches the derailleur hanger (with a little screw in it) and is held on with a little c-clip.
if anyone has one, it would save her the 50$ for a new rear mech.
