Bear Springs XC Question

I have not been there recently, but it is on the east side so sandy/rocky
like chainbreaker but it has roots too and with all the snow... just add
water and go from there.

Does anyone know if the Bear Springs XC course will be more like wet,
muddy Hornings Hustle-MudSlinger or a dry fast Chainbreaker?

Single speed 32-20 vs 32-18?
