WTB: right hand 9-spd shimano shifter

OBRA-landers,
I would be also willing to entertain offers for a set as I know most people probably don't have the right hand only shifter/brake lever and wouldn't want to break up a pair.

Thanks

Subject: [OBRA Chat] WTB: right hand 9-spd shimano shifter

Hey,

Does anybody have a right hand only shifter for shimano they are willing to part with?

Used is fine, it's for a rain bike.

I'm OK with Dura Ace,Ultegra,105...used, new, whatever.

Thanks

You can always use cable clamps similar to this thing:

http://cableorganizer.com/richco/steel-clamp-rubber-cushion.html

Put the padded end around your seat stay & use the screw eyelet as a

rack mount. Just make sure you get a clamp that is the same inner

diameter as the outer diameter of your seat stay (assuming it's round,

though I guess you could bend the clamp...). Then you're not limited

to only using seatpost mounted bags, which don't hold much.

This is also a way to mount fenders on seatstays (or a fork) w/ no

eyelets...
