<DIV>The music is excellent original songs by the beautiful lead singer (Hetha). Styles Ranging from jazz and funk through blues and folk with a rock backbone, well maybe you should tell me what it sounds like after you listen. The Laurelthirst is on Ne Glisan in the neighborhood adjacent to the park with its namesake. They serve excellent brew of course, and have good food and pool as well as the fine live music. In terms of training, truth be told the atmosphere is rather smoky at times, so if you ride there you'll have a chance to blow the grunge out of your lungs on the way home. What am I thinking? Of course no one will even think of drinking and riding in the same evening.
