Hi everyone,
I just wanted to advertise a vacant room in the house my girlfriend and I are renting in Lake Oswego.
We are likely going to stay there until September/October.
We are athletic and pretty darn easy to live with. Gretchen runs/bikes/plays tennis avidly. I ride mtb/road/cross.
We have a dog who loves to go mountain biking (you may have heard him 'cheering' at David Douglass this weekend?!). Sorry, no more pets. Zinck is not much for animal company.
Our last roommate just moved out to travel the world, we'd like to keep our costs the same...
Here are the specs:
1 vacant room
1 'work' room with a computer and dial-up internet access
Digital Cable (yes ... that means OLN and the Giro, the Tour, the Vuelta, the Classics...)
A fireplace (with firewood)
A big backyard (with covered BBQ)
A garage with space for more bikes!!
Washer/Dryer
All utilities (local phone, cable, water, garbage, ... even use my dial-up!) included
Grand total: $450/month.
First and last when you move in ...
We are flexible with move in/out dates, but just remember that our lease is up in September...
This is below the rental agency's radar, so no security deposit. Just a standard sublet form to sign for us.
It takes me 15-20 minutes to drive to work (NW Industrial), and about 45 by bike (Tryon Creek to Terwilliger).
The address is 852 Evergreen Rd. This is just off A Street in downtown L.O.
