I totally agree with what these guys are saying. My 2 cents would be to add
Yoga or stretching to your program. In regards to hydration, avoid the
beer/wine and salty restaurant food the day/night before. This has helped me
a lot.

Seth made great points.
I might add that most of do not have mineral deficiency.
The majority of muscle cramping in sub 3 hour events are due to:
-poor pre event hydration, glycogen stores
-muscle fatigue due to lack of training for specific event(s) and/or
not warming up enough for short fast events.
