To OBRA members and others:
Several of you have asked who the "we" referred to in the Broadway Bridge closure survey I sent out. Good question. It appears, upon investigation, to originate from the Association of Portland Progress. I received this fourth person and thought I'd saved everyone some time by parring down to the original email, without really looking who was behind it (I probably unconciously thought it was from the city).
The Association of Portland Progress, which as non-public organization, may have more of a bias in survey design. I'll leave that for you to decide and if a reply is worthwhile. As for me, I'll identify the author next time. My apologies.
George

George,
Who is "We?"
We request that you complete the
survey -- recommending the partial closure. We also ask that you forward
this survey and recommendation to your staff.
David
