T. Kenji Sugahara

As most of you are aware from the posts on the OBRA list and
Bikeportland, there was a medical emergency during the Short Track
Race at PIR.

From all accounts, the individual is in stable condition. According
to Jonathan Maus, friends have reported that he is “doing great!”

Thank you to those who responded. After checking with numerous
individuals, I have found that the incident was handled appropriately.

As far as AED's are concerned, please see Mike Murray's post on the
subject on Bikeportland.
