Several people have indicated their interest in both ordering maltodextrin, and the recipe I have put together for a malto-based sports drink. Here is an update...

I will be putting in a maltodextrin order next week. If you want to get a bag of "maltodextrin M-550" you must indicate your interest AND pay in advance. The last thing I want is several unclaimed bags of maltodextrin. The bags are 50 pounds each, and I will not be opening/distributing partial bags. If you want in, you must take an entire bag...split it with your friends if you don't think you can use it all. The cost is $50 per 50 pound bag. Thus far we have about 500 pounds ordered, believe it or not...call or stop by to place your order. One bag will likely last you all season if not longer.
