I was wondering where I should go to preregister for the Firecracker TT? I am from La Grande, and would kindly appreciate the info. Thanks for your time.

The way day-of registration is going to work for FIRECRACKER, is that when you sign up, you get the next available start time.
In other words, if you want to go early, show up early. Registration will be open at 9am, or email to tell me you are coming.
