We're working on an audio documentary on the impact of Ghost Bikes on the Portland bike community. As students at the Northwest Institute for Social Change (http://www.nwisc.com/), a summer program through the University of Oregon Journalism School, we're learning to use media and documentary to further social causes and strengthen the community.

We're looking to interview Portland bikers about how ghost bikes have impacted them personally, and as members of the community. We also are curious to hear opinions/thoughts/reactions/anything&everything about the recent theft and return of the ghost bike for Brett Jarolimek (http://bikeportland.org/2008/02/15/ghost-bike-returned-thief-truly-sorry/).

If you would be willing to speak to us, we would love to talk with you. Our deadline is rather soon, so we'd like to conduct interviews before Saturday, June 12th.
