Any help recommending a good local doctor near Portland or Salem that knows what they are doing with feet and specifically plantar facitis.? A good physical therapist recommendation for this would be great too. i have a good runner/rider friend who has been cripled by this and he is about to loose his mind because he can't run, ride, or even walk somedays as I am sure many of you can sympathize with.

Any help or info would be great.
