I'm looking for a shallow drop handlebar, like the Specialized shallow bar (78mm reach, 132mm drop). Looking for a 44 or 46 width. Either 31.8 or 26.0 clamp is okay. Not looking for an expensive one. I'm helping someone get into cycling on the cheap.
