Hello Friends,
I hope you are all enjoying the summer! I wanted to invite you to the open house we are having at A Better Choice on July 19th from 1-4pm. If you haven't stopped by our little wellness center or if you have and you would like to come take advantage of some of our free treatments please stop by and say hi. (Also all massage gift certificate sold on this day will be discounted by $20)
Food and drink will be provided, along with various demonstrations, discussions, and dissemination of health-related literature. However, the chance to meet and talk face-to-face with these practitioners (and, perhaps, your neighbors) is the true benefit and goal of this open house event. The therapists hope community members will attend and ask questions, gather information, and get a snapshot view of what kind of experience they could have in terms of augmenting their health and well-being.

Meigra Simon, LMT, Bowen Therapist, who will be offering free Bowen demonstrations (done over loose clothing; very relaxing and de-stressing).

Angela Beach, LMT, who will be offering free ashiatsu sessions (using her feet to walk on you!).

Earth Mama doula services will be available to provide information about the birthing support they offer.

Jann Polson, LAc. will offer some acupuncture treatments.

Adeline Kell, Naturopath and Midwife, will be available to talk. Adeline is also offering a 15% discount on natural products sold during the day?s event (includes multi-vitamins and omega oils).

Jason Kuttner LPC, CADC provides mental health and addictions assessment and counseling using a holistic, eclectic, and individualized approach. He will be available to answer questions and offer information about his practice.

Special guest Dr. Teri Pitcairn, whose office is just down the street at Inner Health Chiropractic at 6108 SE Milwaukie, will be doing free scans using a new technology used by NASA and professional sports teams.
