There is the Banks Vernonia trail that is completely paved. As you may guess, it starts in Banks, but I am not sure exactly where. I have ridden it and it is a very nice ride and free of motor vehicles. Hopefully, somone knows where it starts.

Thought I'd give you all a heads up. I did a little searching today and
found the online registration for Portland Twilight Criterium. I know from
last year that there were field limits and there are again this year. 80
riders per field.
