I am considering an individual health insurance plan (not a group plan provided by an employer) for myself and my child with either Regence BCBS, Health Net, ODS, or Pacificsource.

Does anyone have experience utilizing benefits under an individual plan with any of these providers?

I'm interested in things such as quality of customer service, quality of medical care, quality/quantity of network, ability to see specialists, pediatric care, etc.
