Vancouver Courthouse Criterium Women's Field:

I have received several comments from the participants of the Vancouver
Courthouse Criterium Women's field regarding the way it was run. We have
always strived to make the VCC a top notch event for all participants;
unfortunately we fell short in meeting the expectations of many Women
racers. As the race organizer for North River Racing, all I can say is I'm
sorry that several of you had a poor experience. We have some ideas on how
we can make the women's race(s) better but will combine them with your
comments constructively in developing the format for next year's race.
While we will still have to live within the constraints of the permitting
process of the City of Vancouver (road closures are for specific times only)
and the financial constraints that any race organizers have to live within,
given the growth in the women's field listed below, we know we can make it
better next year.
