If any of you will be racing UCI cross races-
"For CX, a person is one year older than shown on their 2008 license.
any rider who shows up with a yellow license that says, racing age
39 is actually 40 for the purpose of CX. That rule is not just for
nationals, it is for all CX races commencing beginning now."
