Technically I think it is Rabbit and Dogs, or Fox and hounds, not cat and mouse, but I hear Brad Ross loves all animals and is kind to them all equally.

I cannot confirm or deny that you will see Brad Ross at the Tuesday Handicap Series in September. But to be sure you don't miss a potential opportunity for a sighting, make sure you get out and participate in this unique month long series.
This is cat and mouse style racing levels the playing field between those less experienced and the elite riders. Beginning get a head start and the faster, more experienced riders must catch to be eligible for sprint points including the finale.
The series is September 2, 9, 16 and 23 held at Portland International Raceway. Racing starts at 5:50 with a novice race (not a 'handicap' format) followed by women at 6:00 and men at 6:30.
Registration is $15/race or $50 for the series.
$500 total in cash and prizes available for the monthly omnium.
