Stumpworks LLC is looking for workshop, retail, office, and possibly warehouse space to share with a complementary business beginning in the next 1-4 months. I can either join part of your existing space or join up with you to find a new one, preferably in SE Portland. Stumpworks imports slow, heavy utility bikes from around the world and modifies them for the Portland market. A bike retailer or builder with a different niche might be most suitable, but I'm open.
