My 13 year old junior racer needs a bigger MTB. The 13.5" bike is way too small now. He is now 5'-5". I expect him to push 5'-10" by spring. I'm not in a hurry, we can wait a few months.
So I'm looking for a Medium to Large used MTB in the $500 range. He's been riding a Specialized Rocker Hopper with Shimano Deore drive train with Canti brakes. I'd like to stay at that level or better. Looking for something a few years old that maybe ran in the $1000+ new. It can have a lot of use if it has been well maintained. He will likely outgrow this one in a year or two as well. So send me what you got!
