Can anyone give me details on Mcnamee Road off of skyline?

Is it 100% ridable?

what sort of climb is it?

I rode Skyline years ago as a jumping off point for most of my rides to the west side from downtown.  And I thought I had done all the climbs from highway 30 up to skyline.

I have no memory of ever riding Mcnamee road...I attribute some of this to getting older but I am wondering if it is a fairly new  or completed road say in the last 10 years of so.

Google maps in satellite mode shows some pretty nice houses on that road though :)

My last trip on the road (less than a year ago) found the road to be
completely paved. If I remember correctly the bottom portion is steep, the
top is less steep to rolling.

I almost rode it a few weeks ago on my way home from the Swan Island Crit,
but I cut the ride a bit short due to the heat (and poor fitness).
