Jay Graves, David Auker and Robert Burney are holding the second annual

charity sprint immediately following the New Year's Day ride. Remember to

come out and bring your checks and cash to benefit charity. David is riding

for Sisters of the Road, a charity that provides meals to the needy. Jay is

riding for the Bicycle Transportation Alliance. Robert is riding for

Transition Projects, advocating for the homeless and providing transitional

housing.



Make your checks to any of these charities, and no matter who wins, your

contribution will go in. If you make your checks out before the 31st, you

should get the deduction for 2001.
