Since it's that time of year again and people have been asking me about them, I thought I'd go ahead and send out a link to the free Cyclo-Cross video training tips that Erik Tonkin and I put together last year.

These were shot at last year's 'Cross Clinics that are going on tomorrow and next Wednesday at the Alpenrose dairy here in Portland. They include demonstrations of proper technique by the likes of Erik, Shannon Skerritt and others.
