I like the 1,2,3,pro stuff, and will be fine with
whatever age groups, just curious.
And I am sure there are a lot of OBRA members with
strong opinions!

Who gets paid then ? Pro only I would thinkĀ

Sounds more like road classes but I understand what you are trying to
do

Reg and results will be confusing and slow at first I think as riders and
staff ajust to the new system

Good luck

Hello,

Changes are going on at USAC, and I personally
like the changes for various reasons that the article brought up and would
love your feedback on the article and also I have included a rough
draft of the OBRA series classes with a shift after 3 years in the age
groups, back to traditional age groupings. Let me know the pro's and cons or
if you have no opinion let me know that as well. OBRA appreciates all of the
hard work you do with your events and I personally like to work with each of
you to make OBRA racing better each year.
Time to
plan

Thanks

I think this whole thing is hilarious. Reminds me of the year that they
decided that they were going to do away with the Cat 1-5 designation for the
road and instead use the NORBA system; Pro, Elite, etc. for road racing.
That didn't last long. Wonder how long this latest deal will last.

Of course OBRA can do as we wish; either mimic their changes, keep the old
system or decide to do something completely different.
