Myself and some staff at citybikes suspect that this bike is stolen.

The bikeportland.org site is having technical issues, so please do
this owner a favor and pay attention to the cork board section of
your local bike shop.

I'm being generic and vague on purpose. The real owner can mention
some of the other beautiful details and claim the bike, now on hold
at city bikes cooperative, near 10th and Burnside.

This bike clearly is a classic and has a an owner with taste and
odometer miles, while still keeping the bike in shape. Someone has
treated this bike well and is really depressed at the loss. A
seller was asking $40. Other clues not mentioned here suggest it is
stolen.
