Short answer is no, long answer maybe. Take two ten spd cassettes and a nine speed spacer, put the nine speed spacer at the back of cassette body. Place nine of the ten speed cogs on the body and try to lock down the lock ring. If the cogs are tight then it worked. Now try to figure the combination of teeth you want to run. I suggest try to remove a middle cog such as a 16 or 17 tooth cog. You will have to build the new nine spd cog from the two ten spd cassettes, I suggest an 11-23 or even a 11-21 with a 12-25. Trying this you will also have to adjust the limit screws of the rear der as well.
