T. Kenji Sugahara

The following have been chosen as the 2009 OBRA Championships. Where
there were multiple clubs competing for an event, a three judge panel
was asked to choose the winner based on applications that were
submitted. The three panel members were:

Terri Camp, Official
Clark Ritchie, Board Member/Promoter
Glenn Gann, Board Member

Each venue is allowed to keep the race for 2 years. At the end of 2
years, the championship is re-opened for bidding. Previous awardees
may re-apply for a championship.
