Looking for someone to take over the lease for my apartment for
November-February (4 months), and then the person would be free to
continue a new contract or month-to-month. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, backs to green
space, fireplace, dishwasher, full size washer/dryer, pool, hottub,
unfurnished, $895/month, $175 deposit, off of Hwy 26 and 185th (near Streets of Tanasbourne), dogs and cats are okay, but they are an extra deposit, I will pay the application fee ($40).
