I know this is a little late but there's a guy out in forest grove who's awesome, took my bike to him late saturday night had it by sunday night. $120 for frame/fork including sandblast. super good clear coat with metal flake/sparkle.
I got hit by a car and it didn't even mess up the paint or chip and my top tube was split and bent ha.
